Why a system?
Hi, I’m Angela.
A few years back, I was where you might be right now – desperately trying to find a way to reset my stress responses.
I’d asked for help, followed the standard advice, and worked my way through books and courses.
I even took a sabbatical to give my body time to rest and heal, making sure I did ‘everything right.’
For a few weeks I felt human again – until the boiler broke and one tense phone call yanked me straight back to brain fog and exhaustion.
So I kept searching for the thing that would reset me ‘back to normal’. Kept digging into the science and the research, determined to understand everything I could about long-term stress.
Then it finally clicked.
The human body has no reset button.
It needs tending, like a garden – not fixing, like a machine.
And just like a garden, it needs different things at different times.
But relief doesn’t come from doing more or trying harder.
It came from making recovering easy.
Bringing together the tools and rhythm I can rely on – even on hard days.
A simple system you can lean into
When I shaped things around one brilliant core practice and made it easy to reach for what actually helps – everything shifted:
I wake up before the alarm and actually want to get up
Problems often resolve themselves when I lie down for a practice instead of circling for ages
Conversations flow again without my mind losing the thread
And at home there’s more ease, laughter, and energy – for board games, badminton, and seeing people

How we build your system
Creating your system without adding pressure isn't something we can rush. That's why we give ourselves six months for Deep Relief.
We meet twice a month on Zoom and talk through what's going on for you. What's working, what needs adjusting and what's most helpful to focus on next.
And we stay in touch by email in between. For support, questions, and celebrating your progress along the way.
For our core practice iRest, we have a clear pathway of pre-recorded teachings and guided practices that you move through at your own pace.
And we decide together what else we bring into your toolkit and how, based on what makes most sense for you.
How we make it last
We figure things out together and keep going at a pace that feels right for you, especially whenever life gets wobbly.
We build your system around you, your life, and what you actually need.
And we literally get to stress-test things together. That’s how you get to practice adjusting your rhythm and your tools.
So whatever comes – even after our six months together – you know you've got this.
